If itโs in a New York State Burial Trust, does it go from New York State to say, I live in Tennessee and I pass away there and some of my family want to have services there? Does New York State cut a check to that funeral home or how does that work?
Timothy Grant
No matter where you pass, every village, town, city has to provide a death certificate. Okay. And wherever that person has to say, use a funeral home outside of New York, that funeral just has to simply submit a death certificate to the folks in Albany, and they will wire or send a check for whatever is in the account to that funeral provider. You have to prove that services have been completed. And theyโre only entitled to what they spend. So if thereโs more money in the account than whatโs needed, then the family or whomever would receive a refund check for the difference.

And like you So you said that would help cover being in a newspaper, extra flowers, whatever additional costs that was implied for.
Timothy Grant
Yeah, we try to make sure that we include everything, so thereโs no surprises, because thatโs the last thing a family wants is surprises when the day comes. And so for the most part, just about everything is taken care of, even down to the reception or the party afterwards, flowers, I mean, you name it. We really try to include everything.

Stone engraving or a monument thatโs needed for the cemetery. We go through it all. Yeah
